Our team is continuing to work on this issue.

While link creation is not working, you can still select to manually add the Zoom details, allowing them to be recorded in the interview invite. Learn how to create these links manually from Zoom's help article here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362183-Inviting-others-to-join-a-meeting#h_5e758b0a-ddd9-43bf-b1f2-d1beac09db6c

All other Trakstar Hire functionality outside of this integration is currently working.

We have identified an issue with the Trakstar Hire and Zoom integration. This integration is designed to auto-create Zoom links for upcoming interviews. Currently, this creation process is not functioning. You are also currently unable to connect a new Zoom account to your Hire account.

While link creation is not working, you can still select to manually add the Zoom details, allowing them to be recorded in the interview invite.
